    Software Token Resetting

    My software token has reset itself 4 times in the past year. I have not updated or deleted the app from my phone.

    I'm running Android 8.1.0 Oreo on a Google Pixel XL. The Square Enix Software Token application has reset twice in the past week (12/16/17 and 12/17/17). My last phone patch was on 12/05/17.

    Can we please get a permanent Software Token registration key implemented or lift the 24 hour restriction on token removals while this issue persists? It's frustrating being outside of business hours every time this happens, and being powerless to remove the token even though I have the emergency removal key.

    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.
