Bad graphics (broken shadows?)

I recently installed the game after a long break, and noticed something very 'off' when it came to character clothing and the characters themselves. This is present in all custcenes, too, but i suppose that comes as no surprise.

I contacted support, and i was told to post about it here. I double checked, and my drivers are all up to date. I didn't have this problem with the previous time i played, before reinstallation, so i highly doubt it has to do with my computer. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled twice after this happening, once from a secure browser and once from Chrome. Any help is appreciated. I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 and use Windows 7, if that's any help.

Intel HD 4000 is an integrated graphics within your CPU. Its not meant for gaming and under minimum system requirements of the game.
