Steps:
1. Purchased 10 pots of jetblack dye on mogstation, payment went through
2. appeared in mail service, when I tried to accept, it stated some sort of error and the items were never received
3. Thought it was due to me needing to complete the dye quest so I went ahead and completed it some time later
4. afterwards it still never appeared
5. contacted support they told me to contact in game GM and they told me to post this here...
