    It drops at a low chance in Ala Mhigo. And I won mine with a 51, and the only other person that rolled got a 50.

    Diamond your posts are so absolutely random and off the wall...

    On that note got mine on my first run, low roll but apparently nobody else wanted or needed it, so ended up getting it regardless.

    Y'know.. of all the posts they've put up.. this is probably the most in line with the forum without being totally ridiculous or non-sequitur.
