Before you go and start penta-melding the ilvl290 gear, you can buy or have someone make you the current best gear is Ala Mhigan ilvl320. That is the MH, and full left side minus the belt. I would suggest getting these if you do a lot of gathering. If you can collect the mats together you can get a crafter friend to make it for you.
