    Your best bet is to just do the weekly "Custom Delivery" turn-ins. Your current stats should be sufficient, if you have more than 600GP.

    should i farm yellow script first to buy those script equipment, i can get about 200 script for each rotation which about 30 minute long, or i should farm red script to unlock all stormblood forklore first (it will take me about a hour to unlock 1 folklore)

    I would go folklore first and unlock at least one area. In HW Folklore was where it was at. Once you get the first folklore unlocked I would then mix yellow and red scripts to buy gear and also unlock more folklore. I am facing the same challenge you are with gearing and this is the approach I am going to take but I need to see if my existing gear is enough to get me started or if I need to buy/make gear.
