    I don't think it's about the mechanics alone that makes it a undesirable dungeon to do. I think it's, like Dzemael Darkhold, one of the more uninspired dungeons and very plain when it comes to design : Cramped, plain looking tunnels, lots of hazardous spots that are just a nuisance instead of a challenge and the slight feeling that the dungeon have been slapped together on the fly.

    I agree it's nothing special to look at in terms of design beyond ooh look cave with puke green puddles lol, DD is just a dark cave with nothing to visually look at, Toto Rak belongs in there as well, but far worse do to the level and poison/webs/slow goo.

    I like it too. Honestly, after the overall level cap was raised past 50, the dungeon just seemed much easier. No one even dies at coin counter anymore. I even purposefully ran the dungeon to level some classes a few months back.

    Just look at it this way, it’s not nearly as annoying as what the 1.0 dungeon was from what I’ve seen.

    This. Aurum Vale > Sastasha, TTNM, Copperbell, Toto Rak and Qarn imo. I'm always partial to DD myself though, but I can see why some dislike it.

    I dont even find it challenging, the only part that people need to remember is to watch out when pulling mobs. The bosses are simple, once you know the tactics (I mean how hard is it to eat the fruit after 2-3 stacks of debuff?) and the lenght of the dungeon is not as long as most people claim it to be.

    Afcourse if you are doing that dungeon with 3 newcomers, it might get messy and the run might take longer then normal, but isnt that expected when playing with newcomers?
