Exp/Adventure item usage bug

I Bought The Exp package boost boost set which boost your character to level 60 Ninja as well as lets you by pass the main story and gives you some money on the side to use later. I read everything on the website 120% correctly and made sure to double check everything was done right I used all items in order and all items was consumed. I was Forced logged out which was normal, I got to level 60 Ninja but I did NOT get pass ANY story line nor did I get any Tomes awarded to me.. Believe me I double checked everything, item drop logs anything and everything.
I simply don't have options left on my end to do other than level 20 quests as a level 60 Ninja which would be rather a waste of money and of my time. All I am saying is I paid for is $25 for a Job and a story skip but only got half and my frustration is growing at the monent since this is 48 hours I had to wait.

the story skip and level boost are two separate items. It's $25 for a level boost to 60, $18 for ARR skip and $25 for both ARR and HW skips. If you only paid $25 then all you bought was the level 60 ninja.

Until you actually fill out the template required for a bug report, this'll continue to get moved to "insufficient information" at best.
