To the ppl that think anyone with alot of gil mustve used RMT? really....? I know 2 people who have made 1-2 billion in 9 months or less and have done it all by crafting, retainers and content, no house flipping, no rmt, and no selling clears. 200 mil buyout for large is greed? please, thats a week of time for your average seasoned player. Cant win. Adding plots doesnt make people satisfied, but they dont wanna spend the gil either. To me, quit complaining about housing, you really are out of your league.

Like Elamys wrote adding just more plots wont solve the problem especially if we dont have a restriction about the numbers of houses that one account can own. People dont want to spend gil on flippers because this will just give those greedy flippers even more of a reason to buy houses just for selling. And yes 200 mil for a large one is greed. Yoshida himself stated that selling a house for huge profit is against the rules and 200 mil Gil would be 400% more than the original price..(and lets not forget that they have to pay the original price too). Are you trying to argue that its fine even though the boss himself stated that its wrong?

Not everyone that buys for such huge prices uses RMT but there will be people that do that. And lets not forget that someone linked a website where a japanese player even tried to sell a house for real money too. This selling for huge prices is wrong! So people dont want to support such a wrong system. And lets be real..even if everyone that would want to own a house would be fine with paying a flipper for it..there would still not be enough houses for those..so yes even then the problem still exist.

If SE wants this to stay a limited source then they should stop putting FC content behind it (budget and time for only a small amount of people) because that will only benefit a small number of FCs and leave the rest out of this. And they should stop putting out so many housing items..imo its bad that we get more and more of those items and yet most will never be able to use them because not every FC has a house (thus no FC room), and apartments are still way too low on a lot of servers.

Honestly sometimes I question if people are arguing so much against it because some of them (not all!) are flippers or bought a house that way and dont just want to feel bad..
