A large mist empty plot runs up to 50m. Add a Shirogane castle skin which is 30m and furnishings. That's easy 100m. I don't see anything wrong with buying an FC house from an FC who is leaving servers or something. I don't think that's a greedy house flippers. We have had alot of players jump servers. I don't mind donating to their server transfer?
