Selling a house for a big profit is against the rules (word of Yoshida himself) so selling a house for 200m should fall under that rule. Also its not a safe transfer. You dont pay the money and get the house. You have to pay the seller in a lot of transactions since Gil transfer has a limit and then you should hope that the seller is not a black sheep or you get unlucky and someone snatches the house away from you. That is way too much a risk for something that expensive and like Genpai said not everyone wants to help the greedy flippers out.

Normally a mansion costs 50 mill max. I would hope that we get a solution where everyone has to pay that price and not have to pay four times the amount to get the mansion.
