I could see the Raen having a role in the story and perhaps a Raen character being more forefront (apart from Yugiri) but I doubt we will see more locations beyond what we already have. After all there is no Raen themed dungeon and it is pretty unlikely they will add notably sized locations in a patch without some indication in the preview. The MSQ seems to likely be more focused on Doma.

While I can see her exile being resolved I doubt Yugiri would wilfully defy the leaders of her people. If anything I think the most likely outcome would be the Ruby Princess pardoning her.
