    Unfortunately, reporting this type of error to ISP in Brazil is the same as nothing. They have no training / understanding in these matters and always think that this type of error is related to the malfunction of the modem and they do not help at all. We can only pray that the ISP of Chile responds and their error is the same as ours. It's very sad to say that.

    I keep waiting for the e-mail to pass information of other people who have told me, because thankfully this mistake is not happening to me.

    The lack of access is not only with Final Fantasy XIV, but with all the sites and games of Square Enix.

    Same issue here. Brazil, my ISP is Vivo and my traceroute logs show basically the exact same pattern (the 8th hop or so is a Telefonica node that sometimes doesn't appear, and around the 13th hop the packets just time out).

    I tried contacting my ISP directly, but their customer support doesn't know how to handle this. They're only trained for common or menial issues that most standard clients have, so when I approached them with this problem, they just tried applying "standard protocol solutions", like asking me to check the wires, or the DSL line filters or other nonsense like that. Either that or they just dropped the call without warning.

    So yeah, this is kinda hard to solve from our end.

    even when using Mudfish in full VPN mode I only get access to the forum, mogstation, etc. I'm still unable to log into the game. my ISP is Vivo.

    I am from Brazil and I am also experiencing the same connection issue, my ISP Vivo. I’ve tried every single troubleshooting and still unable to play the game on my ps4. Any response from SE to solve this?

    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for your enthusiasm and cooperation with resolving this issue. I understand that it may be difficult to get your ISPs to investigate this but the more reports they receive the more likely they are to escalate the situation. I suggest this because there may be something that they can do that we cannot. We have sent many emails to help gather information, if you did not receive one, this is likely because you already provided useful information in the forum or we simply could not get to everyone, however, we appreciate your willingness to participate.

    Again, thank you for your patience and please keep us updated if any changes occur with this problem.

    I'm from paraguay and i'm having the same issue, i managed to bypass it by using mudfish to log into the game then turn off the mudfish, so whatever it's happening is only affecting the login servers, not the game server, maybe people can try that in the meanwhile, only works on pc though so if you're on ps4 you're out of luck hope it gets sorted out soon, hang on everyone!
