Launcher not working and can't connect to lodestone and forums

Can't connect here too.
I'm from Brazil and my ISP is VIVO, also tried to call then and got answers like "if your network is connected we can't do nothing."
I can't access any of the SE network's websites. Got to be able to access it through VPN so I could post about this issue.
Ps4 player that already tryed VPN, Proxy, Mobile Hotspot for 3g/4g. Nothing works...

He uses Ping Zapper and can't access anything, but switching to Tunnelbear helped. Still, it's not an ideal situation, since this is really only a temporary fix.

mudfish in full VPN mode only allows me to access SE websites (https://arrstatus.com/tracker still doesn't work, though). I still get the same error when running the launcher. I use the same ISP (VIVO) for my mobile, so that trick doesn't work. it isn't a f2p game: on top of buying the game and its expansions, we pay for a subscription. it's been too long since the last (only?) official response.

Looks like they solved the problem, i don't need a proxy or VPN anymore.
(From Brazil, using Vivo/Telefonica. I had to use Kaspersky Secure Connection to play yesterday.)

Connecting just fine.

Traceroute log shows that the hop 8 (the Telefonica node that would randomly not show up) is now stable, and the route is finally connecting past the fourth gin.ntt.net node. After 19 hops, it connects without problems.

Time to go back to roulettes and glamour.

I can check the forums, lodestone and Mogstation again.

I can log in again now without a VPN or cell phone connection.

Seems to be fixed now.
