Small characer on screen

Hi, somehow when i was away from my keyboard for 5 minutes last night, my screen has zoomed way far out from my character and he is hidden behind my hotbars. I havnt changed any settings and its almost like my character has fallen off the screen. I am playing on PS 4, my defaut UI size is 100% and user interface is 100%, howvere i didnt touch these? Alot of my hotbars have increased in size, whilst some of them have shrunk and the biggest problem is my character zoom, seems to have completely changed from the normal veiw to a character i cant see as he is too small when i zoom out.... please help?

I'm not exactly sure how this happened but there maybe something you can do. Try to delete the "application save data" from you PS4 storage (make sure not to delete the install data). This will reset all of your locally saved changes (your progress/characters are saved server side so you don't need to worry about that). Be aware that this will delete any macros and other config changes, but it should reset your UI and camera elements as well.
