    cant complet quest

    I have been trying to get someone to help me with the quest Rock-solid Protection for over a month now. I got dc just as I was turning it in and now I cannot finish it. I turned in the drop and then got dc before I could collect my reward --now when I try to close it all Slafborn says is I need to go to the dungeon and get the drop. and the quest is green and I have repeatedly gone to the dungeon and still nothing happens and I cant even abandon the quest and repeat it. Help me ---Aedria Khamazom on Brynhildr server

    just got a reply and all it said was to post in forums and maybe another player can help me with my issue. NOONE CAN HELP ME BUT TECHNICAL STAFF --THE QUEST IS GREEN AND I CANNOT CLOSE IT!!!


    NOW THEY SENT A STUPID REPLY APPOLIGISING FOR MY HOUSING ISSUE!!! I WANT THIS QUEST CLOSED SO I CAN PROCEED!!!

    Please, don't yell. Please.

    Did you go into the dungeon in hard or normal mode? Only normal mode will count in this quest. Rather than talk to the NPC, open your journal and see what the objective is, then complete it. If you did normal mode and are still having problems, then, again, in the journal, try to abandon it. If none of this works, then you should start a live chat or call SE directly. If they cannot help you right then, then they can create a support ticket for you to esculate the issue to whomever can help you.

    I went in the dungeon in normal mode several times and have even turned in the drop

    and I have never seen an option for live chat --only email

    There is a live chat feature but can only be accessed monday through friday during typical business hours. I used it a few weeks ago to resolve an issue i was having.

    Fill out all the crap it asks you to, and at the very end, it will give you support options. IE: e-mail, phone, live chat.
