Can you elaborate on the kind of disconnect you are having?
Please provide:
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Please provide:
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac) - Playing on Windows 10, PC.
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any) - 90002
- Type of connection (wired or wireless) - Wired through a router
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any) - Chrome and Discord (Both connect and work)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs - every time I try to log in.
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select) - Boots to the Start screen
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue - Closed the game and reset it. Reset the Computer. Used a Mudfish to reroute the connection.
Figured it out. Didn't have time to test absolutely everything this morning before work. Seems my firewall decided to start blocking the connection. Disabling it for 10 minutes allowed me to log in so I'll have to look into adding an exception to the firewall somewhere.
That's good to hear!
Most firewall programs should allow you to make exceptions, so once you do that hopefully you won't have trouble logging in.
When you have more time, see if the firewall exception will be a permanent solution. Whether you run into more issues or not, please provide an update on the situation as it may help other players who have the same error upon logging in.
