I would encourage people who is having lag spikes since 4.15 and onwards to post on that section. It would be helpful to post a trace route for the support team.

I stopped playing after Stormblood release and once I completed the main story quest. I'm playing again for two weeks now and lag is really awful. It's horrible. And of course, first, I checked it wasnt my ISP.
I'm from France on Louisoix (so Chaos data center too)

Most of the time it's people I'm running instances with who "teleport" themselves a few yalms away, or crafting that is nearly impossible to do as sometimes all the skills are just slow to use and then fail without reason (and it's not just RNG here).
I hope that SE will do something !

Oh well I'm not the only one (i rarely take a look in english forum)

I got hard lags since 4.15 too, mostly in raids like Sigma or Byakko Extreme.
It's about every 30-60secs for ~1sec.

I can play every other game lag-free, it's just FF14.
Sometimes there are lags in openworld or dungeons too, but mostly it's in raid.

It's horrible to play and I hope it get fixed soon.

Sad how it took so long to have a thread where we should post our informations..

Also Moogle seemed to have a bit of a problem because a friend and I (and another big amount of people) seemed to have been kicked from the server..it took a while to get back on. This is the second time in two weeks. So please fix your servers.

Yeah I just got kicked from the game as well. There was a pretty long queue to get back into Louisoix so assume it happened to others as well. I also got error 2002 a few times.

Swapped over to my aether DC alt and I'm having no problems whatsoever.

Having problems on Ragnarok too. I can be crafting in the housing area and it skips steps in the macro. Yet if I go into the house it doesn't skip any steps in the macro and finishes consistently.

I will do another this evening, as this is when the problem is more obvious. As others have pointed out this has only been the case since 4.15.

Has there been any information what's happening? Is anything happening?
The last I heard was that SE says it's not the servers, which seems inconceivable to me, considering the amount of people from all across Europe being affected.
