Could we please have the Warrior of Light's Palm punch emote in game?

Hello everybody!

So I was playing through the Main Story again on an alt, and I realized when watching the cutscenes that especially in Stormblood, the Warrior of Light often does this thing where they'll punch their open palm, as kind of a sign of excitement, or confidence. Being somebody that will sometimes RP when the mood strikes them, I realized how much I'd use that emote if I had access to it!

Sadly, after a thorough checking of our current emote list, I realized that this one entry was sadly lacking.

Could we please get access to that at some point? It kinda seems like a no brainer since all the assets are already in place, due to it being used all the time in cutscenes.

This one's definitely my number one most requested, but do you guys see any other emotes, poses, or actions that you'd like to see added?

It's not my favorite response to every request npcs make to the WoL but if SE's gonna overuse it a la infamous "succor", might as well give it away ingame.

What you're seeing is a Highlander emote. I think its /agree and for some reason its not in the emote list. I could have sworn that was in back in 2.0.

I didn't start seeing it all the time in cutscenes until I changed to Highlander from Midlander. Before than it was just a sort of nod.

Not at all, it's pretty much the trademark of the Warrior of Light.

Can somebody post a picture of the emote? I'm always in favor of adding new emotes to the game but, I can't remember what this one looks like. Thanks.

I am a bit shocked that one of the trademark emotes of the WoL is not even in our list. x) I mean we are already using it cutscenes (overusing it would probably be a better word) so why is our character suddenly not able to do this outside of that? Is there a quota of only a certain amount of palm punches that they are allowed to do as a rule of (un)cool?
