Sigh you are right, they released it too soon into the year. They should of fleshed it out once they had jobs balanced and they could add more.

They added jobs in a version update before in FFXI so they may as well do it here too lol.

Pet class could be Tamer/Shepherd and would work like FFXI BST. The Beastmaster Job would use tamed mounts for battle.

I think this would be the ideal use for the 'mount' animations that Yoshi-P showed off in the last Live Q&A.
