posting with a character card

Hi, I made a character card but I don't understand how to post with it could someone teach me how please. thank you.

You will need to save the character card to your computer, upload it to a site like Imgur, and then you need to use the [ url ] [ /url ] tags to insert it into your signature (with no spaces, of course).

Here is a step-by-step guide starting from after you saved your character card somewhere on your computer (somewhere you remember, like Desktop).

1: Go to www.imgur.com


2: Either sign up (it's free, easy, and you'll be able to find all the pictures you've uploaded there) or just click on the green "New post" button.

3: After signing up (or not) click on the "New post" button. You should see this screen:


4: Click "Browse" and select your saved card from the location you saved it to, or simply drag the character card to the designated spot.

5: You should see something like this (ignore my lala's goofy smile)


6: Right-click on your picture and select "Copy Image Address" as shown here:

7: Go to the forum and click on "Settings" in the upper right-hand corner.

8: Click on "Edit Signature" on the left-hand side.

9: In the text box, enter something similar to this, using your copied image address in place of mine:


Because it's hard to see, you can right click on the image and select "Open in new tab" to make it bigger, but it reads: [ center ][ img ]this is where you put your copied address[ /img] (just delete the extra spaces between the brackets)

10: Click "Save signature."

Voila! Done!

An alternative to imgur is uploading it to your lodestone blog. Can follow the steps just like the imgur examples, only you don't have to sign up to an extra site. Though, imgur is really handy. Would go into more detail for the blog option, but m on my phone and can't remember the steps off the top of my head.
