Need a quick update on overpower/tomahawk (onslaught enmity too?)

Is overpower still more enmity than tomahawk, or have things changed

There used to be situations where WAR might want to use overpower even on a single target, because the enmity was better. Still true?

Come to think of it....how does onslaught stack up to tomahawk? More enmity? Less?

From the enmity tables here:
Tomahawk generates as much enmity as a 910 potency attack.
Overpower generates as much enmity as a 1200 potency attack.
Onslaught generates as much enmity as a 1000 potency attack.

My last info on this is:
Overpower has a 10times hate modifier.
Thomahawk has a 7times hate modifier.
Onslaught has a 10times hate modifier.

Please correct me if to outdated.
