How big of an impact is piety?

I've been looking around the internet and through all the posts here but I haven't found anything regarding how much piety effects AA for LNC - caps, how much actually makes a difference, etc.

Has anyone got any data or at least a first-hand account?

I believe it sits on the same 2:3 Ratio as STR:Attack, just PTY:Attack. From what I've heard, I have not tested to confirm this.

No problem, also PTY should affect Weaponskills as well, not just AA. As far as making a difference I read a post in general discussion (don't remember the thread name or poster's name, sorry) that there are stat thresholds you can reach where you will see significant returns, but again it's just something I've read I can't vouch or prove any of the information.

As for Piety, I think it was mentioned in Carraway's LNC guide on here that PIE is just a little under 1:1 with STR, so (for visual purposes only ^^) PIE : STR is 1 : .9

Most people are going 23 STR and 22 PIE from what I've seen, and that's what I did as well. I don't know how much damage I was doing pre-patch so unfortunately I can not tell you how big a difference it makes. Someone was supposed to be doing some Parsing on this and posting their results, but it hasn't popped up yet, and I don't have the extra gil to test it lol.
