    i tried the port forwarding it didnt do anything.. frequently it will kill my connection completely.

    Have you tried connecting directly to modem/router? Have you contacted your ISP regarding this issue?

    My problem is none of this fixed anything at all. After installing inet11 so i could change those settings, i started getting constant dirextx11 errors on top of disconnects. I eventually just completely re-installed windows and now the only way i can play is full screen directx9. IDK what is going on with this game.....
