    World transfer/gift transfer

    Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post, if it's not can you please redirect me to the correct place?

    Hey all. I am just getting back into the game after a couple of years of not playing it. When I went to make a character I tried to join my friends server on the Aether data-center, Mateus. However when I went to make a character on it, it was congested, thus leading to me having to find a different server to create a character on. My friends suggested a preferred server so I could level up quickly on, however we didn't know that a newly created character on a preferred server until 90 days is up, which is roughly 3 months. This is where it gets tricky, yesterday one of my good friends bought me some gifts which included a skip from level 1-60, snows attire, and something else I don't quite remember. So, I ended up redeeming them on the account that is on the preferred world, which obviously cannot be transferred. I was wondering if there is anyway that we can work something out, such as possibly transferring the gifts from the characters inventory (I have not yet used them, they are just in the inventory.) to another character, or if there is anyway we can transfer the character.

    I think it states once the jump books are purchased its final, no transferring between chars or refunds. If there is no transfer allowed, SE wont do it for you. They stick rigidly to their rules.

    Hey! Thanks for the reply, I know my chances are low but it's a shot in the dark
    I checked the jump book page for the info, and it didn't say anything about refunds or transferring between characters. The only thing I can see is "This item will be distributed to a single character on the selected account.*

    I got one on my alt to avoid the horrible grind on a second job on her and it said on the confirmation window that once it was purchased there were no refunds and it could not be transferred to another character. So that's where I got that.

    You can try though, but you would need to likely call customer support which is notorious for how bad it is. Has been like that since 2002 when XI came out. So don't be surprised if they are not much help or none at all.
