I remember the debate about if perfect dodge would avoid an attack buffed by hawk's eye.

Perfect Dodge was too Overpowered hence the nerf they gave it. I dont think we will see something like that come back in the game, and if it does the cooldown on it I am sure will be long with a low uptime.

Hey, I like Naruto a lot But Perfect Dodge was a bit...well, it had mechanics that made you bypass major attacks. Perfect Dodge was an ability taken from Final Fantasy XI with Thief as the 2 Hour ability to bypass attacks for 30 seconds.
