Company Leve monsters not despawning

The NPCs and monsters from company leves aren't despawning after people complete it. Not sure what is triggering this bug, but both monster and NPC are there for at least 4 days.

Steps:
1: Walk to those position and you will see them there even if no one is doing the levequest. They are there for at least 4 days, at very same position.
