Give Physical Ranged Dps knockback nullify ability

Not to necro a thread, but this tier has really made me wish we had a knockback prevention more than ever. We can't even rely on cover anymore since that's now taken by the off tank.

WAR has Inner Release and Holmgang, and DRK has Plunge (not really preventative but counterable)
I don't think a tank should be taking cover if only for knockback prevention.

In OS5, OS7, and OS8. (7 if the healers can tolerate a dps having burn), it's more optimal to cover the warrior so they don't have to prematurely use those skills and it provides them with more melee uptime. Range dps don't lose much from a knockback, warriors lose uptime and or have to use their skills prematurely if not covered. Thus it's more raid wide dps gain to cover the warrior over the range.
