Why would people join pfs though if that person will make them skip the cutscenes? They get that expierence in DF without having to search.

I went into the MSQ dungeons first time and had to rush through it and it was awful. Then 3 of my FC mates took us through it unsynced so we could enjoy the cutscenes. But I agree that newer players might not have the necessary tools at their disposal for it, be it knowledge of the PF (and if they ran it once before, they also lose the bonus lure), or even just a social circle to help them through it.
You can turn off already seen CS in the config
One of my worst experiences was when I ran Castrum for the first time in DF and I felt forced to skip all the cut scenes =(
Why remove cutscenes, u are not forced to join.
I've seen far too many groups who allow the bonus granting people to watch cutscenes to think that SE should make it a blanket feature. Most groups I have been in are so happy to get bonuses that they will wait for custcenes, especially multiple duties. I think it should continue to be left up to us to decide. If you don;t want cutscenes, put that info in your party finder message. "WT NO CUTSCENES PLS" People do watch cutscenes in unsynched duties that are not related to WT also btw.
At the very least, maybe make it a feature we can choose but please keep it optional not mandatory.
