Disable all cs in pf unsynched groups

I'm deff not nice but yeah 5 people should in game msg the dude asking instead of him putting it in title watching all cs. Your way is better.

When you set up a PF you can check a box that indicates that CS are being watched - and yes, people should probably check that so you can decide wether or not you wanna join that party (assuming you pay attention to that - would be nice to know wether or not they had that checked and you just overlooked it).
But honestly: This is all about setting up a PF properly. CS shouldnt be disableded by default because everyone here fails at communicating.
