Disable all cs in pf unsynched groups

You don't deserve any cs if you doing content unsynched.

But yet they're not allowed to watch cutscenes in DF...

I'm sorry, but I can't count the number of times over the years that I've seen new players post here complaining about Praetorium etc. because they want the full experience and randoms in DF rather rush through it and even kick them, and everyone around here has told them they need to make a PF instead so that players who are willing to let them experience the run can join. This guy politely made the decision to stay out of your DF roulette and make that PF, and what do you do? Hop right into that party. And not 'out of the kindness of your heart' either. You, sir, have no room to complain.
