Where to enter the Recruit A Friend code I received

Hello, I purchased FF14 close to release years ago. I never played beyond the first month, nor paid for any subscription.

I just purchased FF14 Complete Edition for PS4. I am on the first 30 days that come with the game. I have not paid for any subscription yet, although I intend to. (This game is so much fun!)

I invited a couple people to play and they were able to successfully enter their RAF codes. One of them sent me a RAF code because I haven't paid for any sub yet and I am not on a trial account.

Here is my problem - I can't find where to enter the RAF code. Am I ineligible and the button is just non-existent for me? Or am I completely missing it? I have been messing around on the Mog Station for 30 minutes now and I cannot find where to enter the RAF code that my friend sent to me (I sent him one and he was able to successfully enter the code somewhere...)

After logging in to the Mog Station, it should be available from Manage Service Options > Enter Recruitment Code.

Hmm....maybe I'm not eligible since I've technically purchased the game twice/have 60 days on my account?

I have credit card/crysta payment options and add game time card
I have retainer service and digital CE upgrade
I have enter item code and enter pre-order bonus code (EA code)
I have add mac license

That's it and then the RAF link (which is useless in this situation.)

you can only enter the RAF code if you have not purchased any time. since you have played/bought time previously you are no longer eligible on that service account to redeem an RAF code.
