Hi, that was me . I used to play about 5 months at the louisoix server. This is what i did, I filed a ticked via the suporter desk. Surprisingly ive got very quickly a response which verified that my restriction period has long past since yet they cant fix it via the game that i should file a bug repot on the forum. The bug forum was a challange for itself, first ive never used the forum before, last but not least i didnt got it correctly how to file the bug. I waited some days and got very upsett since it has been moved to accepted bugs, where it still is without any response. I filed another ticked, told them that i want what was promised and thinking of unsubing. Ive got the response as fast as the first time. One day later a gm at the game contacted me, they removed the road to 60 buff and i finally could leave. It was a lots of headaches.
