Steps:
1. Entered Akh Afah Amphitheatre (Extreme) in a unsync'd party with my wife (Leirya Xi)
2. Defeated Shiva and completed the duty. Items dropped and I rolled Need for the Boreas Whistle.
3. Chat log stated that I obtained the Boreas Whistle (Loot obtained jingle played)
4. Upon leaving the duty and opening inventory to access the Boreas Whistle and summon the mount, it was not there.
5. I searched for the item and results were 0 items in player inventory.
