Unable to locate character config. Create New Data?

Not sure if anyone has this error before but I am facing this and now my hotkeys and character UI are gone...

Does anyone know how can I fix this> I am on PC.

Where exactly are you seeing this error? On the character selection screen? When you log into that character, your hotkeys are missing entirely? Can customize them again?

If you can provide screenshots, it may help us better understand your issue.

Hotkeys and Character Config are saved locally, has there been any change in your computer right before this happened?

Good day. Yes it was at the login character selection screen. Regarding the computer saving. I was thinking maybe it could be due not enough storage space that might have resulted in this... But I am not sure how that would as a result delete my old settings.
