I do not support a monthly fee of any kind for housing.

I fully agree with Senn here, and your post is actually kind of pointless as someone else already said - the amounts you suggest are literally NOTHING for most players. There are plenty of MINIONS that sell for more than those costs, so idk what "counter-balance" you think that would provide.

Nothing justify me having to pay 1M gil per month for my Large house FC and another 1M for my private mediums on my main and my wifes account.

It's not about the gil, I have plenty but having to pay a month sub AND now paying rent. It's laughable.

You clearly didn't read the whole post, where it was stated that not only were those numbers just examples, but also that there should be a method to pay that isn't just gil. People should be able to easily afford the rent just by doing what they enjoy in the game, PvE, PvP, etc. Hell, even Gold Saucer could be an option.

This would be unfair for alot of casual players with houses. You're kind of holding a person accountable to a certain playtime or commitment each month to keep the gil flowing. Alot of people saved for ages to buy a house, and then emptied it all to buy one. I see no pro's to this, only negatives and unneeded time and resources that could be put towards more meaningful stuff. Once a house is owned it is to be enjoyed, not stressed out over. " Hey wanna do this raid? " " No...I can't. Need to craft a little more to make sure I have enough gil to pay my rent for the month on the house I........ purchased?"

Again, you didn't read the whole post (it was three different posts, since there is a text limit). I specifically stated, even just went back and put it in bold, that there should be other methods, other than gil, to pay for the house rent/upkeep/maintenance. Going out and doing raids should be a way to get a currency to pay for it. Doing pvp should give a currency that can pay for it, etc. Less than 4 hours of game play a week should be enough to pay for it.

I did read it and yes I made my post with those numbers in mind. But even having to grind seals or a currency whenever its GC, FC, Tokens or MGP it so stupid to even consider it.

Edit: Would like to add this also the Dev team stance on the matter from ARR. Doubt that has changed.

A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system.

This seems to be an unpopular opinion on the forums, but I think it is something that should be talked about, and looked at from all sides. I personally think that if you own a house(or several) in the game, you should have to pay a small monthly fee to keep it, something similar to a mortgage, or just repairs/upkeep.

The amount paid per month shouldn't be too high, but it shouldn't be a completely laughably low amount. For some example prices:
Small = 250,000 gil
Med = 500,000 gil
Large = 1mil gil

While I am not completely against the idea of a monthly upkeep fee, the prices you list are completely, ridiculously, laughably high.
Divide them by 100 and it would be more reasonable.

It should of course also be payable in advance - several months in advance at the least. Perhaps as much as a year in advance.

I did mention a thing about it being able to be paid in advance, as a way for people to keep their house and not having to worry about going on vacation, or having to drop their sub for a month to pay real life bills.

Also, those were just example prices, not actual intended numbers. Mostly just showing what sort of gap would be sort of okay between the different house sizes.

A house flipper is not intent on holding onto the house, they buy them with the sole purpose of getting rid of them as fast as possible. This won't affect them in the slightest, save those that take an exceptionally long time to offload (have yet to see that) and at best they'll just tack the extra gil onto the price.
