I got a response form email stating that they can not help me as it is out of the GMs service area.I have the exact same Issue and sadly email support for me has always takes 1-3 weeks to respond..
I followed directions in this thread there is no chat support feature only email support.
Its been over 160 days way over the 90 day limit and for almost half a year been waiting to play with my friends... i kind of feel like SE just wants me to give up trying.
I guess i don't know who we need to contact. There is only Email support and they say they can't help us.
