Songbird Hat Vs Puffball Hair

Today I was making new glamour and decided I wanted to use the Songbird Hat. Thinking it would be cute if the puff on the puffball hairstyle would fit inside the hat, I went to the stylist to find out... this were my results:

Alot of hairstyles sadly suffer from this issue. I used to play a male Hyur and there some hairstyles that clashed with the hat aswell. FFXIV hairstyles already clip. so I am confused on why they are not allowing us long hairstyles.

Funnily enough, it probably does work with the miqo'te version, since the meatballs are on the sides.

Unfortunately, you're always going to run into clipping issues with certain hair/hat combos. The reason why I never use long hair is because it always clips through my body armor. I doubt they'll spend dev time fixing this one particular issue.
