Tanks not holding aggro in dungeons? The new norm?

I would much prefer a Monk that keeps his GL stacks than one that waits for a slow tank to pick up the slack.

Nothing gets me quite so much as seeing my timers about to hit the reset point and Mr. Meatwall is over there reading a lore item.
