Get your act together. It is online businesses like square-enix store why the vast majority of people refuse to buy from anywhere but a few major online retailers like Amazon.com. They put customer service first, don't do stupid things like only provide a single tracking number when there are multiple packages, and don't ignore people when they ask for help.
