    Square-Enix store purchase, missing items, no response from square enix store

    Hi. Sorry for putting this here, but maybe someone can help direct me to where I should post this for help? Your square-enix.com website sucks, I can't get the help I need, and I am not getting response when trying to use the email address provided for getting help with order issues.

    There was no other tracking numbers provided, and no other packages received, the total weight of all 8 items are absolutely certainly more than 1.2 pounds, and the package size is much too small for all 8 items to fit in. I can provide pictures of the box, label, items within, packaging bubble wrap.

    The way square enix allows this third party company to handle shipping and customer service is horrible, and out of principle I will be willing to credit card charge back even if I risk losing my FF14 account.

    Get your act together. It is online businesses like square-enix store why the vast majority of people refuse to buy from anywhere but a few major online retailers like Amazon.com. They put customer service first, don't do stupid things like only provide a single tracking number when there are multiple packages, and don't ignore people when they ask for help.

    Well not here. Should be a support or contact us on the store site you bought from you can go thru or sign into your account on the store site and go to your orders section, should be something there. Sounds like you got one package, check the invoice for other contact info if all else fails.

    Gl with a charge back, they don't always pan out in your favor.

    Charge back won't works, because you have received a partial delivery. Then you must look at what you have signed: number of packages? If 2 or more and you got one but signed the receipt, you're done for good and learned a lesson the hard way.
