I am looking to create a MC/HC fc static. if you make the group you will have to xfer to Exodus (which is now a preferred server so have no fear you can bring all your gil).

Roles needed:
2 x Pld/War/Drk (to be decided between for OT or MT roles)
1 x Sch/Astro (OH)
1 x Whm/Astro ( MH)
1 x Brd/Mch
1 x Smn/Rdm
1 x Ninja/Monk

Raid times
As of now, Thurs/Fri/Sat 7 or 8pm to 10 or 11pm est. After we have all content down, we can discuss how schedule will look like for speedkills/optimization

References
Purple and Orange logs will be favourable but not ultimate factor in deciding (I can decipher whether or not your numbers are directly influence by bad party members or inidividual performance.
