How about making Break or Cleric Stance worth a D$&*# for a role action?

Oh god please no. We already have enough 'mandatory' roll actions that we don't have slots for.

He/she didn't say to make Break and Cleric Stance mandatory, but make them worth to take.
Rescue and Surecast for example aren't but still are useful (in some rare cases indeed, but useful).
With the current content, the heavy effect is useless, and Cleric Stance will not be mandatory cause Helears can deal good damages without it, but 5% every 90s for 15s is so ridiculous that you'd prefer taking something else that might actually really help your party (eye for eye for example)

SE finally deletes Silent Dusk and gives Selene something that makes her viable.

To improve the performance of healers overall, SE implements a mandatory healing class at level 60 taught by Tridus, Miste, and Sebazy.
Well, they will change Excogitation and make it easier to use for newer healers. I hope they do other changes aswell, because scholar imo is to strong at the moment and should get a small nerf.Being able to prepare cards only before a battle, would be amazing, because in speedkills you currently just wait for the ast to get a balance. This would save a lot of time and is a great suggestion. What I hope for WHM is :
- Rework of Secret of Lily I & II
What I hope for AST is :
- Hyper Lightspeed boosted
- To be able to prepare our cards outside of the battle (only raid 8 man and 24 man, trial)
- Lower the cooldown of Redraw and Spread (if possible) to 15s or 20s.

Regarding mentor needing to clear ultimate or is week 1. This is a bit ridiculous for a few reasons,
First the mentor system is meant to help new player, you don't need to have ultimate to help new healer with basic question / tips. (in other words, you don't need a PhD in math to teach addition ans multiplication)
Second, you simply deny any potential good mentor simply because they werent there in day one or don't have enough time to raid on a regular basis.
Someone who has down os1 in first week but stop raiding should be able to mentor but not someone who has it one month after but kept raising until OS4?
Finally, good raider doesn't mean good mentor. Many good raiders fail to carry their experience or adapt their speech to a less skilled audience.
The mantor job/role channel would in fact be much better and I think there should be a way for new player to rank up coms mentor so that a new player know they can ask.
But above all else, a mentor status should be something you work to keep. Not something you have because you completed x dungeons and got y coms over 4 years.
It should be something your retain by continuously answering question and helping out new players
