I just posted in a different thread but the information is important so I'll repeat it. This is what support told me and it worked. Just change your screen resolution to a different proportion, set it, then change it back.

"Based on the symptoms and the fact you just updated to the Windows Fall Creators update, there is one major thing I would try that has been helping in some cases! This is to update the Windows Desktop resolution to force it to refresh some back end information the game and Battle.net app reads from.

You can do this by right clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Settings' followed by 'Advanced display settings' - Once here you can temporarily change the screen resolution setting to a different one and click 'Apply' - once this is done you should be clear to switch the setting back to the original and apply again, and try to load Hearthstone!"
Pour résoudre son problème le support lui a demandé de changer sa résolution d'écran puis de revenir à celle d'origine. Donc clic droit sur le bureau // Paramètres d'affichage // Résolution, choisissez en une autre, appliquer, remettez celle d'origine, appliquer, tester.

Avant j'avais testé x versions des drivers nvidia, safe mode + DDU, mode jeu, etc etc sans succès.
