    Feedback on group map content (Gazelleskin, thief, etc)

    Hi, first of all I'd like to say that I've been playing since realm reborn launch and never really sent in any kind of feedback before, so, be gentle.

    This is something that I've noticed about specifically the group map content since its launch in Heavensward; the absolutely disgusting way party finder pugs act in these parties much of the time. Pushy, bossy, obnoxious to the point of ruining the fun of it. It's not an isolated incident that I've noticed. A *lot* of people just seem to hop in these parties with a chip on their shoulder and the only thing they want to be concerned with is their own maps and will be pushy to the point of railroading the parties into running two, three or even four of their maps in a row and will be passive aggressive or just outright obnoxious to the other party members if their map isn't the one being run. <cont.>

    I know the simple solution is just to not play with these people. But, there's something to be said about how it affects the mood and even the memory of the content among players that it's no wonder that this excellent source of current content TS and gil suddenly becomes unpopular so quickly.

    This is just my opinion, but, I think it's the design. I love the content don't get me wrong. The way that loot is distributed and the general rules PF groups have in place that it always favors the owner of the maps. And in the current system that's the only fair way to do it. But, there's got to be a better way.

    Here's an example of an alternative I've come up with; do away with the group maps altogether and only have the solo maps available. Have a solo map have a chance to pop a portal and click the portal to queue for aquapolis or canals. Or, have the same chance on completing the map to earn a token you can spend to queue somewhere for the same content somewhere else. In either case that opens up how the experience of it can become so much better. And if that's not a good enough solution maybe personalized loot could become an option as well?

    Anyways, I'm not a game designer. Just a player. I'm sure the dev team could easily come up with something better, but, what I've experienced of that content in terms of community hasn't been exactly stellar.
