    Lag Spikes

    Well as I have seen in other threads thought I would open a thread about getting random lag spikes on both PS4 and PC that started about 1-2 weeks ago wasn't paying to much attention to it till it was happening every day.

    I have followed all troubleshooting steps that have been posted in other threads.

    Have made sure port ranges are opened/forwarded/triggered on my end, tried to contact ISP cox but they are of no assistance and say nothing has changed.

    Followed the instructions that involve using IE.

    Made sure on PC that it is running as admin.

    And lastly, on PC I have made sure no background applications are running.

    At this point I am not sure what to do because doing anything other than sitting in front of my FC house is almost impossible.

    Are you having disconnects?
    Does the lag/disconnection happen in the same place or around the same time?
    How often does it occur?
    Are you able to play at all?

    I have never disconnected from the PS4 but PC user states have disconnected couple times.

    The game is playable for the most part but the lag and delay can make doing things like raiding or PVP impossible.

    And after paying attention to it it does seem to be far worse in evenings on MST time

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it seems this issue is outside of our spectrum of support at this time. I will be reporting this issue to a higher department, so we can keep an eye on this issue. It seems to be that the problem is in the way your connection is being routed. I do apologize that I cannot resolve your issue.
