So like....how come SE likes to continue sticking midgarsomr's theme on every mount that is in heavensward and onwards?

The flying chair mount has it, the O4S mount has it, almost every HW mount has it...Im honestly tired of hearing that song

Can they please change the O4S mount to have neo-Exdeath's theme?

That is how they make less motivate people to get that mount. Makes the mount less unique.

I agree. I was really disappointed after I got mine. I mean, don't the Alex mounts have Alex music (can't remember). Why can't Alt Roite have the neo music SE? I really like that song.

Yeah, Arrhidaeus from A12S plays Moebius while the Gobwalker from A4S plays Locus. Alte Roite should play Neo Exdeath's theme imo.

i have it off too, BECAUSE of the midgarsomr theme on every mount...

to be honest i hated that song from the very first second and i hoped they would come up with a new flying mount theme for SB, but yeah...

why can't we have the song from the falcon porter in doma?

and what's with the Twintania-mount and Thunderer?

Even the PvP mounts aren't spared from this. I want to hear the Feast them while I ride my tiny airship, or even the Coil theme while I ride my ADS, but nope. Same theme.

Ya see, the FFXV mounts were designed with that in mind, that you'd be able to customise it with a music player. FFXIV's isn't. If they shoehorn it in, they're breaking a lot of mounts. For example the Primal Ponies and Kirin, why bother farming for them when you can just stick their respective primal themes on the chocobo (ok, admittedly you can already kinda do this via YouTube/Groove Music/whatever, but it requires 3rd party action), adding it in game though, would just ruin a lot of mounts IMO. Bennu itself looks meh, it's only worth it to me because it plays From the Ashes for example. I'm probably not the only one.

But I fear they'll just go with your idea...
