character transfer

My character Busulo Firestalker on the Adamantoise sever can't be transferred to the Gilgamesh server because the systems says it is not 90 days old. However, I have mog mail that is 125 days old for him, and I transferred characters to Adamantoise after I created him that are eligible for transfer. I tried to email support twice and both times they told me to post in the forum, can anybody please help?

When did you first transfer to Adamantoise? Not sure if Lodestone holds a record but it's highly likely you just need to wait a little longer to move as Adamantoise previously was a preferred world and characters were bound by transfer restrictions.

As far as I know, there is no record. However, the characters that I transferred are already eligible for transfer again. Its the character I created before the transfer that is ineligible for transfer.
