To be honest.
Its becasue people just fire off their stuns and silences on the start when the healer is at 100%, a nin can actually solo a healer.

The issue with this is this strategy is geared for feast. Which makes absolute sense, but in the time which you have to split off for any reason, it makes it very hard to coordinate random people. This game is pretty much promoting premades to get anything accomplished because be real, how often are you going to get a team of four randos to do anything you want to do? Not likely.

Also a DPS soloing a Healer? Maybe a really bad one or just a DPS doing a Stun/Silence at half then LB. But even then, a resource was used that isn't always readily available.
