Fantasia accident

Hello... im new to the game and i didnt know how to use my fantasia properly... im using xbox controller aswell and i tried re-editing my character i thought pressing button would put me to the next option of race and skin color but instead i didnt notice it was save all changes...nothing was edited in my character i kinda wasted the fantasia.. is it possible to get it back or have the menu edit back again?

I would say to try and explain your situation to a GM in game via the help desk ingame.
There's no guarantee they'll do anything but it's worth a shot.

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing though, the screenshot confuses me. In order to change your character you need to unequip all your gear and relog then when selecting your character name on your server press the button for the context menu(rightclick usually) then you can change you character. It doesnt happen ingame.

Thank you... i used the fantasia the other day but i was so sleepy so i did it few hours ago... i didnt know how to edit and went through fast confirming buttons via xbox controller i didnt know that save all changes meant it was finished... i thought it was for the first page of edit which was only the umbral and etc which i didnt need to change... so yea i thought save changes meant next editing phase like color eyes hair etc... i went clicking fast...
